  • Stir Fry Udon with Pork, Carrots and Cabbage

    We kept it fairly simple for this dish. Not every dish has to be an extravagant masterpiece or a stunning display of presentation. Sometimes you just crave noodles, so you make some fucking noodles. Vale prepared the noodles with Hoisin sauce, a slightly tangy Chinese sauce. These udon noodles weren’t your typical fat noodles. They were dried, so they didn’t exactly have the fun texture, but the flavor was still spot on.
